The mild steel range of fixed posts is to complement the full range of hinged, sprung and retractable posts, they form a barrier to stop access, the fixed version a perfect choice for most situations, a cost effective simple solution.

Installation

Bollards supplied with welded fixing spikes to ensure firm ground anchorage. Excavate holes to depth of approx. 400mmx300mm diameter and cast into concrete.

Recommended centres to stop vehicular access is 1.2- 1.3m

Also available bolt down or removable at an extra cost.

Bolt down option

60mm, 76mm, 90mm and 114mm diameter have a round base plate (3 bolt holes)
127mm, 139mm, 152mm, 168mm, 193mm and 219mm have a square base plate (4 bolt holes)

Bolts

3 X M12 fixing expanding bolts (Thread Size 12mm) required for the round plate bolt-down versions.
4 X M16 fixing expanding bolts (Thread Size 16mm) required for the square plate bolt-down versions.

Note: The provided fixing bolts may not be suitable for less robust ground conditions. It’s advisable to seek expert guidance to assess the ground’s suitability before proceeding with the installation.
