Important, Delivery Information for Shelters:

We offer two delivery options for shelters:

1. Standard Kerbside Delivery (Customer Provided Forklift Required):

• This option is suitable only if you have a forklift truck available at the delivery location to offload the shelter.
• The driver will deliver to the nearest accessible kerbside or driveway.
• You are responsible for all offloading and further movement of the shelter from the kerbside to its final location. Please ensure you have a suitable forklift and trained personnel to do so safely. Without a forklift available at the time of delivery, the delivery may be refused.

2. Bespoke Mechanical Offloading (Optional, Additional Cost - Contact Us for a Quote):

• For customers who do not have a forklift or require assistance with kerbside offloading, we offer a bespoke mechanical offloading service.
• This service utilises specialised vehicles equipped with Moffett-style forklifts, operated by highly trained drivers.
• The driver will offload the shelter at the kerbside (driveway). Offloading beyond the kerbside is the customer’s responsibility.

Important Considerations for All Deliveries:

• Access: Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for large vehicles. Provide details of any access restrictions when contacting our sales team or in the delivery notes (for standard delivery).
• Delivery Times: We provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation (for standard delivery). For bespoke deliveries, delivery times will be discussed with our sales team.

• Square posts made of steel tube: 80 x 80 mm on base plates.
• Roof: 2 steel 60x60 mm cross members, internal cross members 50x30 mm.
• Rake of the roof: 7 degrees.
• Canopy in 10 mm anti-UV treated cellular polycarbonate.
• Side and back cladding made of shatter-resistant toughened 8 mm safety glass, with EC safety standard etching (Procity) on the glass. Fixed by a zamac clamping device making for easy replacement of the safety glass panels in the event of vandalism.
• The timetable notice board is silver anodised 30 mm profile aluminium, H 750 x W 550 mm. The doors have a tamper-proof lock, wear-resistant and water-proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. Shock and UV resistant plexichoc glazing. Galvanised backboard, painted white. Fixings supplied.
