Important, Delivery Information for Shelters:

We offer two delivery options for shelters:

1. Standard Kerbside Delivery (Customer Provided Forklift Required):

• This option is suitable only if you have a forklift truck available at the delivery location to offload the shelter.
• The driver will deliver to the nearest accessible kerbside or driveway.
• You are responsible for all offloading and further movement of the shelter from the kerbside to its final location. Please ensure you have a suitable forklift and trained personnel to do so safely. Without a forklift available at the time of delivery, the delivery may be refused.

2. Bespoke Mechanical Offloading (Optional, Additional Cost - Contact Us for a Quote):

• For customers who do not have a forklift or require assistance with kerbside offloading, we offer a bespoke mechanical offloading service.
• This service utilises specialised vehicles equipped with Moffett-style forklifts, operated by highly trained drivers.
• The driver will offload the shelter at the kerbside (driveway). Offloading beyond the kerbside is the customer’s responsibility.
