Smart Removable Bollard

Ideal for those areas where you can't dig down far enough for a telescopic post. Primarily designed to discourage shop-window ram-raiders. It is also used to cordon off pedestrianised areas at shopping centres, etc or anywhere that requires a totally flat surface after removal. The base is coupled to the steel tube post by a padlock (not supplied) and stands 900mm high in situ. It comes with a mud flap to keep out general debris.
