Our Sheffield Cycle Stand offers an excellent solution to secure bike parking for cyclists. The ‘n’ shape of our stands allows bikes to be locked through their frames for added security. You can bolt our stands securely to the ground or otherwise cement them into place for permanent security. Our stands are constructed with a steel core for a stand that cannot be breached, giving you the confidence that your bike will still be there when you return. These stands are 800mm high from the ground when installed, and 800mm wide. They also go 250mm below ground.


The design of our Sheffield Cycle Stand allows for more than one bike to be locked to each stand, with at least one bike either side. This helps make our stand cost-effective and also efficient at helping to save space. Our stands are ideal for use in office buildings, warehouses, factories and public places, especially in locations where space is limited. Our stands are weather resistant and require little to no maintenance.


The Sheffield Cycle Stand from Barriers Direct is finished in a terrathane polyurethane coating that comes in black as standard. Not only does this makes our stands pleasing to the eye, it also helps protect the bike from chipping and scratching from contact with the stand. The coating also prevents the stand itself from being chipped or scratched and the stand comes with a full 1-year warranty.

Product Description

The Bikewise cycle hoop is cast in fully pigmented, self finished, high impact resistant, zero maintenance, Terrathane polyurethane, which is cast onto a mild steel core.

This unique hoop is the only hoop on the market that will NEVER damage the frame of a Bike parked against it, unlike stainless steel or powder coated versions.

Terrathane is a polyurethane elastomer which is also used in the manufacture of our Streetwise bollards. It is distinguishable from typical engineering grade polyurethane by the fact that it will yield slightly to the touch. It is through pigmented and will never chip or scratch, unlike other types of polyurethane.
