Rhino Telescopic Posts

These small yet effective rhino telescopic posts are suitable for use when in need of preventing vehicular access. Our team at Barriers Direct is familiar with the challenge many homeowners face when others make use of their driveways to make turns and even park vehicles.

Rhino barriers work like a charm in deterring such behaviour and allowing you unrestricted use and access to your drive. Their small size ensures that even smaller vehicles cannot get past, and makes them ideal for residential use.

Standing at just 500mm above the ground, rhino telescopic bollards feature a steel lifting handle at the very top and a 10 pin ‘anti-drill' push button lock. When wanting to remove the posts, merely use the provided key to unlock the integral ‘tamper proof’ high-security lock, allow the post to slide into its host tube, and cover it with the hinged stainless steel flap. To fix the post in place, uncover the flap, pull the post out vertically to its full height and lock it in place.

Its 6 kg weight, 2mm thickness, and 76mm diameter add to its sturdy appearance and work well in discouraging interference. It should however not be a problem to lift it back in place when required. Where these telescopic posts are needed in large number, we can provide them keyed alike or differently, according to your preference.

This allows you to choose between discretion and visibility while also protecting the steel construction of these rhino posts from the elements. Besides helping in restricting access to driveways, this device can also be used to deter theft of infrequently used vehicles, restrict access to parking bays, roads, footpaths, and commercial entranceways.

This is one of the smaller Rhino Telescopic Posts being 500mm above ground and 76mm diameter.

It provides an excellent deterrent to unauthorised vehicular access and being smaller makes it highly suitable for domestic use.

The post is simply released vertically out of the ground and locked in seconds using its integral high security push button lock. When not in use the post slides discreetly into its host tube until just below ground level and the steel flap is closed flush. All bollards come in galvanised, yellow or black). All bollards can be keyed alike if required.
