Indoor Basic Economy Post

Where the GL25 is ideal for rough environments or even for use outdoors, the GL20 is more elegant in design and suitable for use indoors. The GL20 has a cast iron base under a black ABS scuff-resistant cover. The posts are self-coloured uPVC in red, white or yellow. The retractable tape fitted to the GL20 is 2.3m long.

GL20 is popular in industrial environments and local government offices as well as retail applications. Although intentionally simple in construction, the choice of materials and the relationship of base weight to centre of gravity have been optimised for stability and tip resistance.

As with our other barriers, the tape cartridge has 3 ports to receive tapes from neighbouring barriers, allowing a wide variety of barrier layouts.

Universal Low Cost

We recommend GL25 for all queue management or crowd control applications where value for money or cost of ownership is of highest importance. The 4m tape as standard means that GL25 yields the lowest cost per metre of barrier system of any of our products.

Our lowest cost barrier is supplied with a 4m retractable tape and is robust enough to be used indoors or outdoors. The base, with moulded carrying handles, is made from recycled rubber tyres and electrical cabling and is highly durable.

The posts are self-coloured uPVC in red, white or yellow.

Posts, bases and retractable tape cartridges are all available as replacement parts so your system can be kept working in the field for years.

Although the design of GL25 is deliberately simple, the moulded base and materials have been carefully optimised to give good tip resistance and counterbalance the retraction force of the tape. The result is a stable product that is easy to carry.

Premium 2.3m Post

Our best-selling retractable barrier, the GL45 is suitable for all retail, local government, exhibition and airport temporary barrier applications. Like our other temporary barriers, GL45 has 3 ports allowing for numerous queue layout configurations. Recent tests suggest that the tip resistance of GL45 is up to 10 degrees greater than other posts on the market.

The all-metal GL45 has a smart modern appearance but is long-lasting and stays looking good. Fitted with a 2.3m retractable tape, the range of tape colours and post finishes is wide enough to allow for a huge variety of permutations.

The GL45 is also compatible with our IQM systems and has its own range of sign-holder accessories.

The tape ends on our cartridge also have a quick-release operation that ensures tapes can be easily detached from posts if needed - an essential in many public spaces these days.
