It comes as standard with black and yellow tape showing you have taken due care and attention to warn people you have a post in place. Ideal for protecting your parking space or stopping people turning around in your driveway. This post has and a kick plate to ensure it stays in place whilst you secure the separate disk lock which inserts at the bottom of the post, which is cleverly designed so the shackle of the lock is actually inside the post itself when fastened. If you are buying more than one security post we can offer locks that are keyed alike.

This range of telescopic posts offer A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO RHINO POSTS. Ideal for driveways or parking spaces. They provided a neat and tidy solution dropping down completely out of sight when not in use.

All come with a mud flap to keep out general debris. The lock is a push pin hardened anti drill integral lock situated at the top of the post. Just pull twist and push down lock to secure in the upright position, and to lower unlock twist and let down gently closing flush. There is even a sliding flap over the key area for extra security.

Rhino Telescopic Posts

The Rhino Post provides a simple secure and cost effective method of protecting premises and vehicles. Ideal for Forecourts, car parks and shop fronts. The post is simply released vertically out of the ground and locked in seconds using its integral high security push button lock. When not in use the post slides discreetly into its host tube until just below ground level and the steel flap is closed flush. All bollards come galvanised as standard, but can be powder coated for an extra charge (Smallest post just comes in Galvanised, Yellow or Black). All Bollards can be keyed alike if required.

Round Telescopic Post

This post is a more aesthetically pleasing alternative to the Telescopic Parking Post but as the name implies it is circular not square. The post can be used around garage forecourts and car parks, in various colours to suit the surroundings. The post can be removed and replaced when damaged or in need of servicing.

Lockable Telescopic Post

This is similar to both the Mole and Telescopic Parking Post but is superior in so much that it incorporates an integral push lock and can only be lowered or raised using a "T Key". The central stem can be removed and replaced if damaged or in need of servicing. When the post is in the lowered position it is protected by an 8mm thick steel hinged plate strong enough to enable vehicles to pass over without damage.

This post is supplied with 2 No. Keys (further keys can be supplied at an extra cost). Locks can be keyed alike or to differ.

Anti Ram Raid Post

This extremely strong post is very effective in protecting warehouses, shops, stores and property against ram-raiders. It has been approved by both Police and Local Government Authorities and recommended by Insurance Companies.

The unit is secured by a padlock situated inside the flanges to make it difficult for access. Raising and lowering can be achieved by using a “T Key”. The post can be removed and replaced when damaged or in need of servicing (reducing the time needed to excavate).

Telescopic Mole Post

The Mole Post is a low cost solution for providing effective security for a variety of applications, garage forecourts, drives and car parks. It can also be used for site demarcation i.e. cordoning off areas. The post is designed to retract into the ground when not in use; it is manually raised into its protecting position and secured by means of a padlock at the base.

Telescopic Traffic Stopper

This is a larger version of the Telescopic Parking Post and is therefore much stronger to fulfill a role where a substantial post is required to deter ram-raiders etc.

Bollard Tech Telescopic Posts

The telescopic security post offers a highly secure and convenient method of physical access control and general protection. The inner post simply raises vertically and locks in the upright position with an integral push button lock, providing a convenient way of securing most sites. Unlike removable bollards they do not need to be taken away to be stored and once in the lowered position with the lid lowered there is no trip hazard.

The ‘residential version’ is ideally suited to domestic applications being a scaled down version of the standard post.

Most of the range has ‘Sold Secure’ approval as recommended by major insurance companies.

The optional Easi Riser mechanism basically reduces the actual lifting weight of the telescopic post, the internal gas strut both assists and aids the rising of the security post inner, allowing you to operate the post with minimal physical effort and reducing the risk of any strain or injury. The lifting weight is reduced between 70-85%. The smooth and controlled action of the post culminates with the locking of the post in its raised position. Similarly the mechanism also acts as a damper in reverse when lowering the bollard, minimising the risk of damage to the overall bollard unit.

Major Retractable Post Semi Automatic

The MAJOR is a post which, is also ideal for areas that can be made temporarily available for traffic, but at certain times need to be closed off. These could include parking bays, pedestrian areas, market places, car parks, garage entrances, archways, etc.

Semi-automatic: Once unlocked, the Major's built in damper enables it to rise out of the ground socket, automatically, so the post can be effortlessly raised and locked in place. Lowering takes seconds - gently push the top of the post until it is fully retracted. As standard the MAJOR is fitted with a lock operated by a triangular key.

Installation is by means of an integral ground socket, which is concrete into the ground to a depth of 1100mm. Ensure area for installation is not prone to flooding.

Dimensions: Overall surface height 900mm and diameter 76mm. Ground socket with special dampening mechanism concreted to depth of 1.100 mm. Penetrating dirt and contamination should be removed at least every six months and all moving parts cleaned and greased. This will ensure that both models operate smoothly and gives long service. Galvanised as standard.

Operation

Raising the bollard:simply turn the key, the bollard rises and automatically locks into the raised position Retracting the bollard: turn the key and remove it, then apply vertical pressure to the dome of the bollard with the foot, until it locks automatically in the lowered position. Applied force of 45kgs is required to retract bollard.

Lift Assisted Telescopic Posts

The lift assist mechanism reduces the product lifting weights by between 70% and 85%, this reacts when the user begins to raise the bollard and smoothly assists the rising of it into the locking position. The mechanism also acts as a damper when lowering the bollard.

Comes in two sizes; 114mm diam 670mm high and 114 diam 900mm high.

RAM Polymer Decorative Telescopic Bollard
