Cantilevered Automatic Sliding Gate

Our PF9000 Cantilevered Automatic Sliding Gates are made to order and can be supplied with a height of up to 2.4 metres with a drive-through of up to 10 metres wide; all with a ground clearance of 125mm. The gate has a unique external friction motor providing a smooth and efficient silent operation, whilst also protecting the mechanism from the elements, concealing it under the lower beam.

BS/EN 12453 COMPLIANT

The PF9000 complies with safety features announced under the EU standards and regulations. Five profiled Safety Edges are provided; each consisting of 2 parallel electrically conducted rubber strips. These are connected to the main control panel by two cables, which are concealed within the lower beam, which transmit messages to and from the safety edges. In the unlikely event of a fault, messages will be transmitted to the necessary safety edges instructing the gate to be stopped, regardless of its current operation.

Cantilevered Manual Sliding Gate

The PF9000 manual sliding gate incorporates the same friction rollers used in the automatic version,(see above for full measurements extra).

Access Gate / Swivel Barrier

A barrier to suit road widths from 3 to 5 meters.

Swing Arm Barrier

Protects premises against unauthorised access

Lightweight, horizontal swing barrier with two support posts (secures the barrier when closed or opened) for entrances to industrial areas, pedestrian areas, car parks, offices, public buildings etc.

Manual operation. TRAFFIC-LINE Barriers are locked by means of a cylinder lock on the respective support post when open or closed. Alternatively, the barrier can be fitted with a locking plate to accept Fire brigade padlocks.

Constructed from high-grade steel, galvanised and painted for maximum protection.

For surface mounting: Pivot post 100/1.000 mm with base plate. Two support posts 76/1.000 mm with base plates.

Barrier boom: 60/30 mm. Standard paint finish is Red/white. Red areas can be fitted with red reflective strips subject to a surcharge.

Note: Use of barriers and road blocks on fire-brigade access roads (Except from DIN 14090; section 2.2.9.)

Barrier booms and posts on fire-brigade access roads should be fitted with locks that can be easily opened with fire hydrant keys in accordance with DIN 3223 (only padlocks with U-bars with a maximum thickness of 5 mm may be used)."

Access Gate

The SB18 is a robust, durable gate for low traffic volume access control. The gate features a hinge post and a latch post, and can be padlocked in the open and closed positions. Central removable posts are available to create double-leaf access up to 16m wide.

Swing Arm (2 posts included)

Manual Swing Car Park barrier is an ideal solution for staff parking areas of large multi-use sites. Constructed from steel rectangular hollow section, it boasts a sturdy arm to prevent access to unauthorised areas. Lockable in both open and closed positions providing peace of mind during overnight periods when the parking is not in use, the barrier is supplied with two locking posts as standard. The steel barrier arm cab span openings of up to 6 metres (13 metres with a pair of barriers). It is made out of box sections - Hanging Post 150mm box section, Frame & Catch Post 50mm box section.

Conforms to BS6571 and is CE Approved.

PF5700 Single Swing Access Gate

Constructed from high quality steel hollow box section, the robust structure of the PF5700 means it is ideally employed in unmanned areas or in areas where there is a requirement for low volume traffic control.

The access gate can be locked in either the open or closed position via an additional latch post or a padlock respectively.

PF5700 Double Swing Access Gate

Constructed from high quality steel hollow box section, the robust structure of the PF5700 means it is ideally employed in unmanned areas or in areas where there is a requirement for low volume traffic control.

The access gate can be locked in either the open or closed position via an additional latch post or a padlock respectively.

• Spans from 6m to 13m manufactured to customer specification.
• Gates can either be latched together providing a large open entrance when gates are open. Or to a single centre post providing two separate entrances.

Lightweight Swivel Gates

Provides a smart blockage whilst enabling access. Ideal for alleyways, entrances or for perimeter access.
