Multi Cone Barrier System

Multi-cone barrier is a quick and easy way to warn of hazards, or close off access to an area for any reason. Ideal for field & telecoms engineers, roadside emergency patrols etc.

Featuring an array of 6 flat cones mounted on a metal expanding base, the design enables it to be deployed instantly with the minimum of effort, and when folded takes up no more space than one single conventional cone.

Each cone is 450mm high with a reflective white band for maximum visibility, and mounted on an expanding galvanised steel base for durability and stability.

TRAFFIC-LINE Flexible Post

The link joint in the foot of the TRAFFIC-LINE Flexible Post enables the cylinder to automatically return to the vertical position in the event of it being hit or run over many times.

Modals are available in a choice of three height sizes, 46cm, 76cm or 100cm.

TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post

The TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post is a cylindrical post, which enable traffic to either be guided or provided with advanced warning of approaching hazards.

Manufactured in anti-aging polyethylene (PE) and fitted with retro-reflective sleeve, they conform to BS 873 part 8 des. 1., and offer high visibility both by day and night, as well as in all weather conditions.

Built also to conform to the quality requirements of the ISO9000 / ES29000 Standards, these posts can be quickly and easily fitted either directly into ‘cat’s eyes’, or they can be used with the optional base available (see price list).

The base itself is manufactured from recycled material and can be secured by means of epoxy resin adhesive or single bolt fixing. Alternatively they may be fixed into Guide Rails (please phone for details).

Typical uses are to separate single direction lines or types of traffic on one carriageway, to demarcate the edge of a route in order to guide vehicles around or through a temporary obstruction, to form a barrier between contra-flow traffic on motorways or dual carriageways etc., all of which can only be crossed by emergency service vehicles.

The flexible properties of the TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post, even at sub zero temperatures, enable the cylinder to right itself even when hit or run over several times.

TRIO Folding Traffic Signs

The TRIO is a tubular steel folding tripod, galvanised for maximum life, available in one size to meet the requirements of chapter 8, Class 1 reflectivity, which can be rapidly deployed to warn of impending dangers, such as road works, accident scenes, hazard zones etc.

Stable when in place, the large 750 mm size and High Visibility Prismatic surface (exceeding the requirements of Class 1) ensures the signs can be seen from a distance, therefore providing excellent advanced warning. The special PVC sign faces are securely fixed to the tripod.

Signs are manufactured to BS-EN 12899-1:2001 requirements, Class 2 reflectivity.

Zebra Hazard Post (Pack of 9)

Zebra post. Hazard and verge marker posts in the traditional style. Manufactured from tough polypropylene with highly visible Class 1 "corner cube" reflectors. The reflectors and distinct white stripes are integrally moulded so no more problems with adhesive failure. Complies with both British and European standards.

Hazard Bollard Recycled

Lawn Edge Markers (Pack of 7)

A replacement for traditional wooden markers and heavy boulders used to protect lawns and gardens joining directly to carriageways. These markers require no maintenance and, if struck, will not damage vehicles or harm pedestrians. Markers are available with or without reflectors.

Single Aspet Directional Bollard

Rotationally moulded U.V stabilised Re-Flex material which gives a pliable, re forming body shell, with galvanised steel anchor plates in base plinth.

All sign faces and panels are an integral part of the moulding, up to 40% of wall thickness. This gives a long fade free life and prevents removal by scratching or solvents.

Special stainless steel bolts secure the body to the base box and will prevent sheering and allow absorption of impact in situ.
