TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post

The TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post is a cylindrical post, which enable traffic to either be guided or provided with advanced warning of approaching hazards.

Manufactured in anti-aging polyethylene (PE) and fitted with retro-reflective sleeve, they conform to BS 873 part 8 des. 1., and offer high visibility both by day and night, as well as in all weather conditions.

Built also to conform to the quality requirements of the ISO9000 / ES29000 Standards, these posts can be quickly and easily fitted either directly into ‘cat’s eyes’, or they can be used with the optional base available (see price list).

The base itself is manufactured from recycled material and can be secured by means of epoxy resin adhesive or single bolt fixing. Alternatively they may be fixed into Guide Rails (please phone for details).

Typical uses are to separate single direction lines or types of traffic on one carriageway, to demarcate the edge of a route in order to guide vehicles around or through a temporary obstruction, to form a barrier between contra-flow traffic on motorways or dual carriageways etc., all of which can only be crossed by emergency service vehicles.

The flexible properties of the TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post, even at sub zero temperatures, enable the cylinder to right itself even when hit or run over several times.
