Height Restriction Barrier Fixed

This barrier restricts the size of vehicles allowed into certain areas such as lorries and heavy-duty vehicles into car parks. The unit is supplied in 3 sections for ease of carriage, two vertical posts along with a cross beam. All can be easily assembled on site using set screws to secure joints. Barrier can be made to customers requirements but general comes in:

• Height sign on cross beam supplied

Static Height Restriction Barrier

• 100x100x4mm Mild Steel Square Hollow Section Vertical Posts.
• 80x80x3mm Mild Steel Cross Member.
• Standard Height 2.1m (can be manufactured to customer specification).
• Spans from 3m to 6m manufactured to customer specification. Comes complete with 'WARNING HEIGHT RESTRICTION' signage and padlock.
• Posts may be surface mounted or sunken.
• Powder Coated

Please note: This barrier comes with single span for 3/4/5 metres and needs therefore 1 latch back post as an option. The 6/7 meters option are double leaf versions and therefore need two latch back posts as an option.

Universal Height Restrictor

The horizontal beam is comprised of a two piece crossbar featuring a third sleeve, allowing precise adjustment to the required road width. Bolt down option only.

Two versions

• Version 1: for road width of 3.85 to 5.20 metres.

• Version 2: for road width of 5.25 to 7.55 metres where the crossbars are fitted with tension cables for additional support and strength.

• Finish: White lacquered finish on Galvanised surface with red reflective strips.
• Maximum vehicle height 2200mm.
• Mounted on reinforced base plates.
• Easy transport to site: this product is delivered in a single parcel of 2 metres (with tension cables).
• 3850 to 5200mm (without tension cables).
• 5250 to 7550mm (with tension cables).

• 80x80x3mm Mild Steel Hinged Section with 40x40x3mm Cross Brace welded diagonally to corner.

Nudge Bar

Nudge Bars come in Black & Yellow. The size of the nudge bar should be approximately one metre shorter then the height restrictor in width.
