Venue Smoking Shelter

Venue smoking shelter. Can comfortably accommodate a large group of people and furniture as required. The shelter makes large use of poly-carbonate for maximum safety. Fully compliant with the law.

Strong galvanised steel 80mm x 80mm uprights mounted on base plates. Upper part includes a U section to accommodate the roof. For maximum safety, roof and cladding in 10mm fire and impact resilient translucent cellular poly-carbonate with UV protection, fitted in aluminium frames.

Butt-Bollard (DDA compliant)

An innovative solution for clean and tidy city centres. The Butt-Bollard stands 1.2 meters out of the ground (DDA compliant). A bollard in its own right, manufactured in 3 mm gauge galvanised steel. The Butt-Bollard has the same function as a standard bollard, however has a capacity to hold 3000 cigarette ends This capacity ensures minimum maintenance and reduces litter in the streets.

The top of the Butt-Bollard is welded and features a steel plate to extinguish cigarettes. This plate also avoids other debris being introduced into the bollard. The colours of the bollard make it clearly recognisable by smokers, so the pavements remain clear.

The mounting socket (supplied) is securely fixed in the ground, the Butt-Bollard is locked into place, where it is stable and secure.

The combination of strength, anti theft and corrosion protection, gives the Butt-Bollard an exceptional life span.

Structure

• Aluminium tube uprights: Ø 76. Height above ground between 2725mm and 2850mm depending on top cap: City, Agora, Sphere or Europe.
• All cast aluminium decorative accessories include top caps, collars and the base covers. Stainless steel screw fittings supplied.

Roof

• Frame comprising two aluminium tube beams : 40 x 60, attached by collars to the posts, two rolled aluminium rainwater gutters.
• Curved aluminium profile roof arcs.
• Canopy made of 10mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing. It is inserted in the two gutters and between the arcs.

Side cladding,

• Back cladding and their attachment collars.
• Cladding: aluminium profile frame, glazing made of translucent cellular structure polycarbonate, thickness: 10mm, UVs tabilised.
• Side cladding panels supplied in pairs, to be attached to posts by collars.
• Back cladding comprising 2 panels with centre upright, to be attached to the posts by collars.
• Finish: painted in our colours.
