High Impact Wall Buffer

The excellent shock absorption properties of TRAFFIC-LINE Buffers provide superb protection to vulnerable areas such as ramps, loading docks, walls, forklift trucks and other vehicles.

Moulded in high-grade anti-aging polyurethane, TRAFFIC-LINE Buffers are designed to provide long lasting protection for internal and external applications.

A perforated steel plate insert ensures stability under stress conditions, whilst the hollow sections provide maximum shock absorption.

TRAFFIC-LINE Buffers are supplied in lengths of 250 mm and 1000 mm (other lengths can be quoted for).

Three profiles are available to suit most applications, with profile 100/80 being particularly suitable for loading dock protection.

TRAFFIC-LINE Flexible Post

The link joint in the foot of the TRAFFIC-LINE Flexible Post enables the cylinder to automatically return to the vertical position in the event of it being hit or run over many times.

TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post

he TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Posts are cylindrical posts, which enable traffic to either be guided or provided with advanced warning of approaching hazards.

Manufactured in anti-aging polyethylene (PE) and fitted with retro-reflective sleeves, they conform to BS 873 part 8 des. 1., and offer high visibility both by day and night, as well as in all weather conditions.

Built also to conform to the quality requirements of the ISO9000 / ES29000 Standards,

The base itself is manufactured from recycled material and can be secured by means of epoxy resin adhesive or single bolt fixing.

Typical uses are to separate single direction lines or types of traffic on one carriageway, to demarcate the edge of a route in order to guide vehicles around or through a temporary obstruction, to form a barrier between contra-flow traffic on motorways or dual carriageways etc., all of which can only be crossed by emergency service vehicles.

The flexible properties of the TRAFFIC-LINE Memory Post, even at sub zero temperatures, enable the cylinder to right itself even when hit or run over several times.

Traffic Line Heavy Duty Post/Bollard

The range of TRAFFIC-LINE Protection Bollards has been extended to cater for most applications and circumstances. They are all designed to protect property, traffic ways, work areas, machinery, columns, access points, loading bays, roller shutters etc. from collision damage caused by forklift trucks, lorries etc.

• Choice of three models – S, L and XL.
• High grade steel Hot Dip Galvanised and powder coated.
• Bright yellow finish with black striping for maximum visibility.
• Surface mounted or permanent fixing in concrete versions.
• XL version can be filled with concrete on site for additional protection. (Removable cover cap facilitates filling with concrete)

High Impact Bollards

This product has been designed to withstand high impact forces and to prevent or reduce damage. Supplied pre-assembled it is simple to install by anchoring the base plate to concrete using high quality fixing bolts provided.

The polypropylene material from which the bollard is made is impervious to most environmental conditions, making it suitable for internal and external use.

Steel Hoop Guards

Steel hoop guards for the protection of an segregation of vulnerable zones. For internal and external use. Versatile, suitable for the protection of pedestrian areas (entrances, doors, entry gates) and machinery, the fencing off of danger areas in factories, and the segregation of vehicular traffic from pedestrian walkways, etc.

Surface finish:

• For external use: Hot-dip galvanised and plastic-coated.

TRAFFIC-LINE Protection Guard with steel plate under-run guard

Strong protection guard manufactured from high-grade steel with integral fork under-run guard. Prevents racking end frames from being damaged by forklift trucks etc. Highly visible and effective protection in many situations.

Same design as TRAFFIC-LINE protection guards for indoor use, but with additional 4mm gauge steel plate, primed and powder coated in yellow. Surface fixing.

Two standard models:

• Under-run protection plate 150mm high, hoop 350 x 750mm or 350 x 1,000mm

Steel Protection Guards

High impact protection guards: Manufactured in 3 mm gauge quality steel. Protects stock, traffic routes and work areas, separates different traffic routes (e.g. stacker lanes in warehouses and passenger traffic). Protects machinery, column supports, shelves, loading ramps, equipment etc.

Surface finishes. Hot-dip galvanised and yellow plastic coated with black stripes for exterior use. Primed and yellow plastic coated with black stripes for interior use.

Installation is by means of either surface mounting Yellow with black stripes.

Dimensions: 76 mm dia. with three heights: 300, 600 or 1200 mm and three widths: 375, 750 or 1000 mm.

N.B. Each guard requires 8 bolts (supplied).

Design

Thick-walled tube in high-grade steel, with bevelled ends. Surface mounted, with extra strength base plates (10 mm gauge). Powder coated yellow with black signalling stripes. Special lengths, colours, and models for permanent fixing in concrete are available on request.

Rack End Barrier

Rack end Barriers provide effective impact protection for racking systems used in warehouse, Distribution and logistics industries.

Manufactured in polypropylene the barrier has an inherent flexibility under impact conditions whilst having the strength to withstand high impact loadings.

Vehicle Kerb/Wheel Alignment Guide

A Low cost solution where kerbs are needed for either vehicle restraint or wheel guidance to maintain a vehicles course and direction. Ideal for use in loading bay vehicle manoeuvring areas on warehouse traffic routes and between aisle access lanes.

High impact absorption with little or no kerb damage Components simply lock together, end and intermediate rail assemblies being anchored to the floor.

Each rail assembly incorporates 250mm of kerb rail. A section of kerb comprising 2 end rail assemblies and a single standard rail therefore has an overall length of 250+250+1250 = 1750mm and the shortest section that can be assembled is 250+250+600 = 1100mm. The correct combination of end and mid rail assemblies with standard rails and short or long rails of relevant lengths allows a kerb section of any dimension above 600mm to be assembled for installation.

Sliding Door Protection

Electrically operated warehouse and fire protection doors can be easily damaged by pallets/cage pallets being left or stored within the operating area of the door, or by forklift trucks encroaching into this area whilst the door is operating or held in the open position.

These strong and solid 10mm gauge steel angles for easy surface mounting with bolts, protect the operating areas of doors thus reducing costly repairs and ensuring unobstructed fire and safety critical operation.

TRAFFIC-LINE Door Protection Guards can also be used as an overrun stop for forklifts, so that the vehicle is halted in a suitable position for the storage and removal of goods in pallet storage systems thus reducing the incidence of damage to racking beams, and to prevent damage to charging equipment in electric vehicle charging bays etc. by acting as wheel stops.

10mm steel, powder coated in yellow, with radius corners, 150mm high and 100mm deep, with bevelled ends (45 °) for angled installations, drilled 5 bolt holes (diameter 13 mm) for secure fixing.

Heavy Duty Pallet Racking Protectors

TRAFFIC-LINE Heavy Duty Pallet Racking Protectors provide protection from potentially dangerous damage to vulnerable frame ends on uprights on pallet racking etc. by forklift trucks and other warehouse traffic.

Can also be effectively used to protect machine guards, partitioning systems, mezzanine support columns, concrete columns etc.

Conforms to ZH1/428 and DIN4844 Safety Guidelines.

Construction: Steel, with yellow plastic coating with black stripes.

NEW: Right angle now with 5 mm wall thickness.

Wall thickness: 6 mm; heights: 400 mm, 800mm and 1,200mm for mounting with bolts (bolts must be ordered separately).

Available in two profiles:
