Steel TRAFFIC-LINE High Impact Protection Bollards

The range of TRAFFIC-LINE Steel Protection Bollards has been extended to cater for most applications and circumstances. They are all designed to protect property, traffic ways, work areas, machinery, columns, access points, loading bays, roller shutters etc. from collision damage caused by forklift trucks, lorries etc.

Specification

• Choice of four models – S, L, XL and XXL
• High grade steel
• Finish: hot-dip galvanised & powder coated in Yellow with Black bands
• Surface mounted or permanent fixing in concrete versions.
• XXL version can be filled with concrete on site for additional protection. (Removable cover cap facilitates filling with concrete)
• 400mm below ground on root fixed (includes fixing bolts where appropriate)
• 4 Bolts required per bollard

Type S

• Dimensions: 90mm Ø x 1,200mm H. above surface.
• Wall gauge: 4.0mm.
• Recommendation: Medium to Heavy Impacts. (Especially useful where space is restricted)

Type L

• Dimensions: 159mm Ø x 1,200mm H. above surface
• Wall gauge: 4.5mm
• Recommendation: Very Heavy Impacts
• Approx weight: 34k packed each

TYPE XL

• Dimensions: 194mm Ø x 1,200mm H. above surface.
• Wall gauge: 5.0mm.
• Recommendation: Extremely Heavy Impacts. *

TYPE XXL

• Dimensions: 273mm Ø x 1,200mm H. above surface.
• Wall gauge: 5.0mm.

• Recommendation: Extremely Heavy Impacts. *

• When filled with concrete we would recommend this bollard for installations intended to provide anti-ram raid protection.
