SUMMARY

TRAFFIC-LINE Heavy Duty Pallet Racking Protectors provide safety barrier protection from potentially dangerous damage to vulnerable frame ends on uprights on pallet racking etc. by forklift trucks and other warehouse traffic.

• Can also be effectively used to protect machine guards, partitioning systems, mezzanine support columns, concrete columns etc.
• Conforms to ZH1/428 and DIN4844 Safety Guidelines.
• Construction: Steel, with yellow plastic coating with black stripes.
• Wall thickness: 6 mm; heights: 400 mm, 800mm and 1,200mm for mounting with bolts (bolts must be ordered separately).

Available in two profiles:

• Right angle profile for corner protection. (Bolted on both sides)
• 'U' profile for protection on three sides. (Bolted on all three sides)

Each right angle profile for corner protection needs 4 bolts. Each U Profile needs 6 bolts in total.
